Our well established client is a leading provider of learning disabilities services across the South East. Their philosophy of care is based on the principle of “supporting independence“by helping clients achieve their full potential whatever their level of ability. They are currently seeking a deputy manager to assist in the running of the 9 bed service specialising in the care of adults with learning disabilities. The home is a new development, with full en-suite facilities.


 


Your role will be to provide support to all staff and ensure the unit provides the highest levels of care and support to service users and ensure CSCI standards are met and maintained. You will be expected support the registered manager in all aspects of overseeing the home.



You will ideally be NVQ4 qualified and have a minimum of one years experience in a similar role. In return you will receive a competitive salary, excellent benefits and a flexible working environment.
