Care Home Manager – Oldham – 32-35K

Our client is a small group of nursing homes specialising in nursing care for the elderly.  They are currently seeking a highly experienced care home manager for their nursing and residential home in the Oldham area

They require a highly motivated, dynamic individual to join their forward thinking team. Ideally, you will have experience of managing people at a senior level, an ability to form positive relationships with people and a sound understanding of the role that spiritual, emotional and physical health play in the well being of a person. Above all, you will have a passionate desire to enhance the quality of life for older people.

Hours are full time and our client offers a company pension scheme along with other incentives. You will need to be an experienced nursing home manager and hold NVQ/RMA or be a registered nurse. You will need to have a minimum of one year’s management experience within a care home setting.
