Care Home Manager – Huddersfield – 24-26K

Our client are a small group of care home sin the Yorkshire area that provide a range of care facilities (nursing, residential, respite, mental health) all of which are dedicated to providing quality care within a quality environment. The are currently seeking an RGN care home manager to oversee the running of their small residential home in the Huddersfield area.

We are looking to recruit a candidate with experience at a senior level within the health or social care sector, which includes direct line management of all staff including qualified nurses, budget responsibilities, a good understanding of person centred care and an ability to support and manage staff teams. 

Candidates will need to be NVQ/RMA qualified or willing to work towards with home management experience within a similar elderly care home setting.
